MORE Management was built as a web-based, cloud computing software service for a
few reasons. First and foremost, the My Own Real Estate team wanted to make the
system as accessible as possible for the product’s users. Since the product “lives
in the cloud,” no software downloads or licenses are necessary. This means that
use of the product is not tied to specific computers. Users can be on any computer,
anywhere, and be able to login.
Secondly, cloud computing affords a high level of responsiveness to user requirements
and product suggestions. The My Own Real Estate development team can respond faster
to users’ product support and enhancement requests because the software is centrally

disaster or fire at a user’s office, all client data will be secure because it is

How many people can use the service at my company?
There is no limit to the number of people who can use the service at your company.
A master account will be automatically set up for you when you sign up for MORE
Management. This account allows you to invite as many employees, colleagues, tenants
and landlords as you’d like to use the service. You’ll also be able to set access
rights for each person, granting them permissions that determine what information
they’ll be able to view when they use the service.
What is the Landlord Portal?
Property managers can invite their client landlords to access the Landlord Portal.
Each landlord receives a unique ID and password that gives him/her access to all
of the information about his/her property.
