Echo founded MyOwnRealEstate.com to solve the challenges she experienced firsthand
for nearly two decades as an owner and manager of rental properties. Echo began
her career as a programmer at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. For more
than 20 years, she developed complex computing applications in both the United States
and Taiwan. It was her determination to come up with a web-based property management
solution that serves the needs of both landlords and property managers that led
Echo to form My Own Real Estate, Corp. and develop MORE Management.
Chief Technical Officer
As the Chief Technical Officer of My Own Real Estate, Corp., Mahler is responsible
for MORE Management’s architecture and development. He has over 20 years programming
experience, and has lead and managed development teams for more than 10 years. Mahler
specializes in database design and development and object-oriented technology.
Chief Operating Officer
Over the past 20 years, Amy has held leadership management positions in human resources,
IT systems, and business operations. The companies she worked at prior to joining
My Own Real Estate include TV Plus and Cliff Enterprise. Amy brings her breadth
of experience to the company, serving as its Chief Operating Officer. Amy received
her Bachelor Degree in Library Science from TamKang University.

Mr Lin is considered by many in Taiwan to be one of the country’s most successful
entrepreneurs. He is a graduate of the Department of Information Management at Tamkang
University. iPart.com, the company that he co-founded, is a social network website
that, in less than five years, grew to over 11 million users in the Greater China

Professor Ruey-Shiang Shaw is the Director of the Cham-Pion Incubation Center at
Tamkang University. He has more than 20 years of experience working with companies
in the fields of information management, customer relationship management and e-business.
Dr. Shaw received his PhD from the Management Science Institute at Tamkang University.
Co-founder and CEO, Guidewire Group
Chris drives Guidewire Group’s strategic vision and business operations. A leading
technology analyst for more than 25 years, Chris is passionate about entrepreneurship
as the driver of economic growth and job creation. She has built a career on identifying
emerging market opportunities and the innovative startups poised to capitalize on
them, and as executive producer of the DEMO conference from 1996 to 2009, helped
companies including WebEx, VMWare, salesforce.com, TiVo, Xfire, Ribbit, and Ironport
make their market debut. In June 2010, SD Forum presented Chris with its prestigious
Visionary Award for her work with young companies. She sits on the board of CSR-management
software company Versaic, and is an advisor to a number of early stage companies.
